Maison Sorbetti is an artisanal house founded on the French Riviera by Chef Arnaud Maccotta, specializing in the creation of high-end frozen fruits.

Our idea: to put the fruit back at the heart of the dessert, restoring all its beauty and natural intensity.


The choice of plant-based, without compromise


We only work with whole fruits, without artificial 

flavors, dairy-free, and without unnecessary additives.


Everything is plant-based, fresh, and prepared in accordance with the seasons.


Each recipe is designed to reveal the personality of the fruit, without masking its


flavor.


A unique know-how


Our specialty: the frozen fruit.

We hollow out each fruit, transform its flesh into a silky sorbet, and then place it back in its skin.

The result: a natural, refined dessert, ready to serve.

Both aesthetic, practical, and indulgent, this is what defines the identity of Sorbetti.


A controlled local production

Our creations are handcrafted in our workshop in Mouans-Sartoux, near Cannes.


We control every step, from the selection of the fruits to the shipment in temperature-controlled conditions.


This expertise allows us to ensure consistency, quality, and responsiveness, even during peak season.
